Selfless service: Igbo community honours Adamawa CP

In appreciation of the role he is playing at entrenching peace and communal harmony in Adamawa State, the Igbo community, under the aegis of Igbo Cultural Association (ICA), has conferred an award of selfless service on the state commissioner of police, Aliyu Adamu Alhaji.

Presenting the award on the commissioner of police at the police headquarters, Tuesday, president of ICA, Chief Fidelis Umeh thanked the CP for the excellent work he is doing at enthroning security in the state.

A statement by the command’s spokesman, DSP Sulaiman Nguroje, said, the group also thanked the CP for
providing conducive environment for business, economic and social development in the state.

While thanking the ICA for identifying with police, the the commissioner, assured them of the command’s commitment to protecting lives and property in the state.
