Kala’a agog as grandmaster of welfare visits home

Kala’a town in Hong local government of Adamawa State was agog with excitement and celebration, Sunday morning as Mr. Emmanuel N. Musa paid a condolence visit to his hometown to commiserate with the Barka family over the demise of Mr. Oliver Abdul Barka, who was buried according to Christian rights yesterday.

Mr. Emmanuel did not bargain for the large crowd of enthusiastic well wishers who thronged out to pay solidarity to him during the visit.

A close associate of the philanthropist, Mr. Gordon Kala’a told our reporter that “Mr. Emmanuel wanted to silently pay his last respect to the departed fellow when he was accosted by a cheering crowd of well wishers including a large section of community youths, women and Children, who turned out in show of love for the kindhearted philanthropist.

“The place was overtaken by high spirits and show of love, loyalty and solidarity by the youths, who obviously could not hide their feelings and euphoria of seeing him.

” The Business Mogul and an outstanding contractor, seeing the crowd and the show of love alighted from his car and trekked to his family house amidst cheers, praises, encomiums and jubilation.

” Mr. Emmanuel N. Musa while at home, had a fruitful discussion and engagement with thousands of people, who expressed their yearning, aspirations and problems,” Kala’a said.

While responding, Mr. Emmanuel who is christened “the grandmaster of welfare” assured them of his untiring quest to better their lives.

He urged them to continue to be law abiding noting that he is ready at all times to cooperate with them in enthroning peace, unity and improved welfare.
