Mr Bulus Bugau, a staff of Kaduna State Geographical information Systems (KADGIS) has finally regained freedom this evening.
Bugau, alongside his friend, Abel Chindo were abducted by unknown gunmen four days ago at the resident of Bugau, at Maraban Rido in Chikun Local Government of Kaduna State.
Sources close to the abducted civil servant told our reporter that huge amount of money have exchanged hands before Bugau was released.
Reports indicated that the kidnappers have earlier demanded the sum of N20 million ransom.
It was gathered that the kidnappers released Bugau after series of negotiations leading to the substantial reduction of the N20 million the kidnappers earlier demanded.
